Technical Details

This is one of the first graphics that I created using the Poser 5 program. It's a very complex image, with pieces from about a dozen different image sets.

I began with a kit called The Study. I brought the camera in close to the chair and placed the Victoria 3 character in that chair. I used the Victoria Reading Morphs & Poses to pose her sitting down and used the dials with Victoria to position her in the chair. I added the Christmas Suit 2004 for Victoria 3 package to give her the red dress, blouse, jacket and hat. The jewelry comes from the V3 Jewels II set (the choker and earrings). The tree is from an excellent kit called Yuletide Treasures Tree. Finally, the finishing touch came from the addition of the Cait character for Victoria 3 and the lights from the Candleworks set to give it a softer look. The entire scene took about seven hours to complete, and considering this was my first significant Poser scene, I feel pretty good about the time spent.
